Direct to Garment

DTG or Direct To Garment printing is full color, full resolution waterbased printing for cotton tees. Digital prints on white shirts with pout white ink are very cost effective in small quantities and have no feel of ink. DTG on darks is a little more costly due to the need for pre treat and white underbases but can provide results no other for of printing will. Darks will have a slight hand to the print due to water based white underbases but is still the softest full color print available. Digital printing can be done on poly blends but expect your image to look vintage or desaturated depending onthe level of polyester in the garment. Prints up to 16×20. Sublimation

Sublimation printing is the process of using specialty dyes, paper and heat to transfer full color, full resolution images into polyester and poly blend garments. We offer standard sized sublimation printing as well as all over garment printing. This is a permanent print, bonded with the garment that will not have any hand, will never wash off and is as breathable as the fabric itself. Since sublimation is a dye, 90% of design must start on a white garment. If the garment is to be completely dyed to an alternate color, there will be slight imperfections around the under arm areas and neck where thicker parts of the shirt seams meet.
