Screen Printing Services

Plastisol

Standard most commonly used screen printing ink.

Almost always thicker and more texture than other print styles because it sits on top of the shirt. Used on all fabrics blends. This is the brightest, boldest print available.

Water-Based

Water based inks are very soft and have little to no feel. The ink soaks into the fabric rather than sitting on top and is also breathable through the print.

Discharge

Discharge Inks bleach the dye out from the shirt leaving no feel at all. Plain discharge will normally result in a tannish color, discharge white will be bright white but will need to be washed before achieving the no feel print. PMS color match discharges will very depending on the color and blend of shirt.

Hybrid

In hybrid printing we utilize a mixture of plastisol and discharge inks. Sometimes we are able to combine a discharge plastisol while other times only a discharge base is used with soft plastisol inks on top to create a still very bold but matte, softer style print.

Specialty

Offering glossy, matte, shimmer, glitter, glow in the dark, puff prints, reflective and more, just ask!

Process Printing

Process printing is how we can achive full color printing as well as photographs prints with halftones. We offer 4 color process as well as Simulated Process depending on the design and budget.

Foil

Foil is mixed with standard printing but waterbase or discharge inks must be used most of the time for the other colors being used. Foil does not last as long as normal printing and can start to peel after only a few washes if shirts are not taken care of. To extend the life of foil t shirt printing please wash these garments inside out in cold water then hang
dry. We print a similar color of ink under the foil to help make the shirts last longer when they do start to peel.
